Waitress, the hit Broadway musical coming to the National Theatre from May 15 thru June 3, 2018, is looking for two young local girls to alternate in the role of “Lulu” during the D.C. engagement.
The character of “Lulu” is a sweet, carefree 4 to 5-year-old who appears in the production’s finale. Qualified young girls should be shorter than 4’2” and be no older than 5 years and 3 months. Individual applicants are welcome, as are sets of twins or siblings.
Auditions take place at the National Theatre on Monday, April 2. There are audition sessions at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 2:00pm – with each session lasting approximately 1 hour.
Parents/guardians must sign up for an audition session in advance using the form below. No walk-ups will be accepted on April 2.
Space is strictly limited to the first 60 applicants to sign up – with a limit of 15 per session.
After signing up for an audition session, you will receive a confirmation email. After submitting the form, print out the following important paperwork, which you will need to fill out and bring with you to the audition.
