Your current seats have been reserved for you as part of our 6-Show Package, attending on the day of your existing subscription. No changes to make? You can secure your seats online right now when you access your invoice in Account Manager.
1. Your username is the email address associated with your subscription. Select “Having trouble logging in?” if you need to reset your password, or if this is your first time accessing Account Manager. Important: If your email address is incorrect in our system, please contact the Subscriber Hotline at 202-753-7650 or firstname.lastname@example.org before proceeding.
2. Once logged in to Account Manager, click the Pay Now button to process your order.
3. An e-receipt will be emailed to you automatically; you will also receive a paper receipt via mail in the coming weeks. Tickets will be mailed at least 60 days prior to the first performance. If renewing online, please disregard your paper invoice via mail.
Want to upgrade or change your package? To make changes to your subscription – such as opting for a 5- or 4-show package, switching to a different day, or upgrading seat locations, please complete a Change Request Form by clicking the button below. A Box Office representative will be in touch within 2-3 business days to process your order.
