Renewing Subscribers

Your current seats have already been reserved for you as part of our 6-Show Package, attending on the day of your existing subscription.

Whatever you choose, rest assured that renewing subscribers receive first priority. The subscription renewal deadline is Friday, June 14. Seats not renewed, upgraded, or changed by the deadline will be released. You will also receive a copy of your renewal information via postal mail in the coming days.

RENEW ONLINE

If you are happy with your seats and the 6-Show Package, we recommend you secure your seats online today – it takes less than 10 minutes. Simply log in to Account Manager* and click the Pay Now button to process your order.

Once you’ve checked out, an email receipt will be emailed to you automatically; please check your spam folder for an email from Etix if you don’t see it in your inbox. Tickets will be mailed no later than 60 days prior to your first performance.

WANT TO UPGRADE OR CHANGE YOUR PACKAGE?

Change requests – such as adding shows, opting for a 5- or 4-Show Package, switching to a different day, or upgrading seat locations – will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a change request, log in to Account Manager* and click your Order ID under “My Invoices.” Then, click the orange Request Change button in the right corner. Please provide a detailed description of your desired change(s).

A Box Office staff member will be in touch via phone within 2-3 business days to process your order. Please do not pay your invoice online before this point, or your change request may not be processed correctly. Please do not double-submit change requests online or by mail.
